The modern NH Eurobuilding is located in the heart of Madrid's business district, close to the Palacio de Congresos exhibition center, Bernabeu stadium and many of Madrid's landmark modern buildings including the Europa, Picasso and Kio Towers, and the Azca Centre. The NH Eurobuilding is also within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants and night life.
For the convenience of attendees, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of €155, single occupancy, and €175 double occupancy, plus tax, currently at 7%. This rate is not guaranteed outside the Congress dates.
To reserve your room, please fill out the Congress hotel reservation form and fax it back to +34 91 359 0017 or email it to reservas.nheurobuilding@nh-hotels.com. You can also contact the NH Eurobuilding reservation department at +34 91 353 7373. To receive the group rate, callers must identify themselves as being with the Perspectives in Influenza group. Reservations are not confirmed without payment. Reservation requests received after 27 September 2007 may not be guaranteed at the group rate. All cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. A one night penalty will be charged for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. A penalty of 100% of the total booked room nights will be assessed for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival and for no-shows.
